ISHIR is one of Microsoft's premier partners with strategic focus and commitment to Microsoft stack

ISHIR has been a Microsoft Gold Certified partner since 2001. In 2010 Microsoft did away with its "Certified" and "Gold Certified" partner designations, by replacing them with "Gold" and "Silver" competencies. Each designation now identify Microsoft Partners' core capabilities, depth in expertise in the specific competency and employee certifications in Microsoft technologies.

With the new Partner program Microsoft has made the competencies more comprehensive, requiring partners to demonstrate increased levels of technical exams and assessments by developer certifications, exhibit real world experience, successful implementations and provide three to five customer references per competency. All this in addition to maintaining Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).

This year ISHIR has achieved the following competencies:

• Gold Digital Marketing
• Silver Web Development
• Silver Software Development
• Silver Portals and Collaboration

Since the rules of achieving the designations have changed, ISHIR is working on getting additional Silver and Gold competencies in other business solutions areas.

In addition, ISHIR is also part of Microsoft Small Business Specialist and Microsoft Cloud Accelerate Partner programs.
