Hello Friends & Welcome To HRG Connect Newsletter @ ISHIR.
We would like to take a moment to reach out to you with another edition of HRG Connect.
At ISHIR, 2012 has gotten off to a great start. We are beginning to see results come in many spheres. We are still working out the kinks in some areas but overall we are pleased with the start. In this issue of newsletter, I would like to focus my message on some of the positive results obtained so far in 2012 as well as areas that warrant essential improvements. As always your ideas & suggestions are always welcomed.
So far in 2012, ISHIR has shown growth in the Search side of the business and start of a new group named BPO. Tech group has held steady in the first half of the year however we foresee spike in business in the second half of the year. All teams are working hard and clients are giving us great feedback about our people and our workmanship. There has been occasional feedback about our quality and lack of detail and I hope that you all ensure you take extra pains in improving quality of our work. With many projects in the pipeline we can see a successful year ahead. Our major achievement in the first half of the year have been around getting clarity on our corporate vision, mission and value system, establishment of the mobile and BPO group, formation of more focused client services, inside sales, marketing and sales teams with goals and initiatives.
At ISHIR, Clients are the heart of everything we do and our success will be fueled by the success of our valued customers. Client success can be achieved by us, by embracing the client business challenges, understanding of their project vision, objectives and requirements, while being their trusted advisor so that they can call us and count on us when in need, and our solutions that will help solve their complex business issues. Strive for excellence and passion for innovation should be the focus going forward. Innovation will help us stay on top of the industry trends and build efficiencies in our work. We can then transfer the savings to our clients and further win their trust in us.
