Position: Account Manager
Job Description/ Responsibility
The candidate would be responsible for:
- Candidates who can proactively retain and evolve our key partnership/client accounts in Europe and India.
- Establish strong relationships with senior managers at client side. Working as the link between the client and the technical team the AM will be involved in meeting project milestones, reaching set objectives and exceeding client expectations.
- Must have thorough understanding of digital marketing service
- Retaining contracts and cross-selling via recommending appropriate solutions
- The AM will be required to consult the client on online solutions.
Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent relationship building and client servicing skills
- 3+ years of experience in account management in a digital agency
- Strong client management skills
- Must have understanding of digital marketing services
- Candidate must have a valid passport.
- Candidate should have 5-8 yrs of experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Sales and business development background
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Experience working in a partnership model with agencies abroad
