Benefits

Flexi Hours: Optional Flexi hours starting between 7:30 am to 10:00 am and ending the day between 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm

Free Lance Hours: ISHIRites can use office premises and infrastructure for freelancing purpose during specific hours.

Constant Learning

We have a clearly defined roadmap for continuous learning which enhances the intellectual capital of our employees. ISHIR has a dedicated work group for training called ISHIR University to impart continuous training to its ISHIRites. Training at ISHIR is role-based, mapped to project needs and conducted by internal/external faculty. The various forms of training include presentations, workshops, classroom training and mentoring.

Quarterly Company Meet is held with the idea to meet all ISHIRites of the concerned Unit under one roof. The Unit Head shares the Unit’s Update and shows the roadmap for the future.
