Shilpi is responsible for spearheading and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with ISHIR’s business vision. She has over 9 years of experience in managing different aspects of HR function, which include acquiring, managing and retaining talent, and building a performance driven work culture. Shilpi is focused on delivering organizational HR policies, guidelines and framework, including formulating reward and recognition program, performance development strategies, employee engagement initiatives, and resolving people centric issues.

Shilpi has a Bachelor’s Degree from Delhi University and has done her PGDM in Human Resource from Amity Business School.
