If you are facing an issue while trying to access mails on your outlook, you are not alone. There has been a technical issue, which Microsoft has acknowledged is impacting some of their e-mail clients. The Microsoft team has promised to resolve the problem that surfaced on April 8. They have claimed that the solution will be available on their service status support page. The users are having trouble to send and sync their e-mails using Outlook and the glitch hasn’t been resolved yet. The outlook users are experiencing the 85010014 error.
Microsoft has revealed that the issue is taking a longer time, than expected, for them to resolve. They have been apologetic about the disruption it has caused to its users. Though they have not given any commitment on the resolution timeline, the spokesperson at Microsoft has assured that the fix will be available soon.
For the troubled Outlook users, it’s just a matter of waiting for some time.
