The Background
The sports industry, especially at the grassroots and semi-professional level, has long faced a disconnect between sports coaches and facility owners. Coaches often struggle to find local practice spaces, while facility owners lack a centralized platform to list and monetize their venues. Seeing this underserved niche, our client envisioned PracticePlan, an online platform to bridge this gap and create a seamless ecosystem for booking and managing sports facilities.
