The Project

The Background

HealthMark partnered with us to streamline workflows, enhance patient experiences, and integrate dynamic, client-specific form-building capabilities.

Leveraging a proven strategy of identifying inefficiencies and creating scalable solutions, we rebuilt their platform using Angular 14, .NET APIs, and Microsoft SQL Server. Through our innovation accelerator workshops, building a custom solution using our agile sprint methodologies, and providing a dedicated agile team pod we delivered a modernized system tailored to automate and optimize workflows.

The Challenge

Outdated Technology and Systems:
Existing systems relied on old technologies, resulting in slow performance, limited functionality, and a poor user experience. The use of outdated screens hindered efficiency and modern aesthetics.

Cumbersome Plug n Play and Rendering:
The existing system made it difficult to integrate new features or customize the platform. The process of “plug and play” and rendering within the system was time-consuming and inefficient.

 

Project Goals

Modernizing the Platform

Replace outdated technologies with modern, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Redesign the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to be modern, intuitive, and user-friendly.

Streamline Workflows

Improve the efficiency and speed of core workflows within the platform. Simplify processes and reduce manual effort for both internal users and patients.

The Process

Discovery & Needs Assessment

Conducted collaborative workshops with HealthMark to deeply understand their existing pain points, business goals, and desired outcomes. Identified key inefficiencies in their current processes and workflows. Gathered requirements for a modernized system, including specific needs for customization and scalability.

Solution Design & Planning

Chosen a robust and modern technology stack: Angular 14 for the front-end, .NET APIs for the back-end, and Microsoft SQL Server for the database. This selection aligned with the project's requirements for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Development & Implementation

Conducted regular sprint planning meetings to define sprint goals, assign tasks, and track progress. Implemented features iteratively, allowing for continuous feedback and adjustments based on client feedback. Conducted thorough testing at each sprint to ensure quality and identify and address any issues early on.

Deployment & Support

Planned and executed a smooth and seamless deployment of the modernized system. Provided comprehensive training and support to HealthMark staff on the new platform.

This project delivered significant value to HealthMark by modernizing their Legacy platform.
