Rishi Talks about how to establish a culture of accountability. He says, “If someone takes time off, they need to ensure there is a backup resource already trained and held accountable in their absence. This can be encouraged by showing the bigger picture and why one needs to ensure one or more individuals in the organization can manage tasks.”
