ISHIR’s Outsourcing Delivery Models are powered to provide agility and flexibility for our clients
There was a time when IT outsourcing offshoring projects or business process outsourcing was used as a response to business crisis-situation or as a business survival technique. It resulted in more predictable and expected results in the form of cost and time savings.
Fast forward to the present day, where Innovation lab and Enterprise AI, Rapid Digital Transformation, and access to Hire top 5% remote talent are the topmost priorities for future-ready businesses. Outsourcing has assumed a new and bigger role in the boardroom strategies of ambitious companies. Enterprises are considering software development outsourcing to remain competitive and innovative. Outsourcing Delivery Models must be flexible and comfortable with changes in business needs.
Offshore Delivery Model
The offshore delivery model implies that all project development activities, from initial study to testing, are performed at ISHIR's premises. This model works well in scenarios where the project goals are well-defined, and any deviation is unlikely. Program managers are responsible for the management and communication during the project. The internal clients, who work with tried and tested methodologies, ensure that delivery is as per schedule. The offshore dedicated project team works within predefined processes, and therefore it is one of the most cost-effective models.
Onsite Delivery Model
The onsite delivery model requires ISHIR’s professionals to be deployed at the client's premises. This delivery model works for enhanced fluidity in a project, for example, if there is need for a specific resource type or if post-deployment support is imperative.
Hybrid Delivery Model
This model, a combination of both onsite and offshore, results in optimized costs and maximized efficiency. The onsite team directly interacts with the clients and serve as consultants, program managers and developers, depending on the project requirements. They perform requirement studies, design and development, while interfacing directly with clients. The offshore outsourcing team interacts only with the onsite team and provide additional crucial support, thereby resulting in reduced costs and implementation time. The model allows scalability and offers enormous operational benefits.
Offshore Development Centre (ODC) Partnership Model
ODC Partnership Model aims at creating relationships with clients seeking long-term services. Our model involves the creation of a dedicated offshore development unit comprising engineers who have domain expertise in specific areas. This ensures continuity within the project and iterative use of components while continuously upgrading to market requirements and effectively addressing business critical issues like our clients' time-to-market pressures.
