We give them the opportunity to take on leadership roles, define organizational needs, make decisions, take risks but at the same time be held responsible for their actions. This is possible through well-defined processes wherein ISHIRites are inspired to take up leadership roles in projects or internal initiatives.
We encourage people to ask themselves one question “what value does this bring” before making a decision. The answer to this question helps us define the true benefit of the solution or the decision and helps them independently think the solution through. Something that prepares our people to respond to the most difficult questions a client or our internal management may ask on “why they see this bring value to their business.” This philosophy improves individual’s confidence to make critical decisions, prepares him as a leader and improves capabilities through on the job experience. This has led to higher employee satisfaction and also retention. It has created an empowered work culture where our people can be entrepreneurial and independent thinkers, self-starters and confident decision making is encouraged. We also regularly reward our people through Awards and Recognition of their individual achievements.
