As a founder and CEO of ISHIR, Rishi Khanna is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the company. Rishi's responsibilities include setting short-term/long-term goals, working with senior team to help define business and marketing strategies and the execution and monitoring of such strategies. Rishi also plays a key role in international business development and partner development within ISHIR. Rishi has rich and varied experience in offshore software development for ISV (Independent Software Vendors), Digital Marketing agencies and Casino Gaming companies. His management experience ranges from offshore program management to managing software delivery.
Rishi has over fourteen years of experience as an offshore consultant for a variety of clients ranging from technology start-ups to medium/large corporate and international entities. He possesses strong leadership skills exemplified through his experience in International Business and Offshoring IT Services. With Rishi's experience ISHIR has developed into an outsourcing services provider that helps partners and clients successfully focus on their core competencies, improve quality of delivery, speed time-to-market, and increase profitability by setting up dedicated development teams offshore.
Before founding ISHIR, Rishi worked for Deloitte & Touche in Texas as a Management Consultant assisting Maquiladora's in Mexico and defending cross-border transaction. He holds an undergraduate degree in Business-Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and a pending Masters degree in IT Management from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Mike Collins brings over 20 years of IT consulting experience to the ISHIR team. His background includes Sales, Sales Management, Delivery Management, and Operations. As ISHIR's Vice President, Mike is involved in strategic direction, sales growth and operational excellence. He is also leveraging his experience in the Microsoft Partner community to bring Microsoft-based solutions to market.
Mike has experience in building and managing organizations which range in size from startup to global consultancies with over 100,000 employees. Services organizations have been a natural fit for Mike because of his passion for people and team building. He truly believes that a strong culture is a difference maker when delivering solutions to his clients.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Business and Accounting from Illinois State University and a Masters degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. He is currently finishing coursework for a Certification in Nonprofit Management from Texas A&M University.
Naveen Chopra has over 36 years of experience in Operations, Management, Facilities Management and General Administration. He brings in a wide experience of planning, budgeting,procurement and vendor development. He has worked with leading brands across India and Europe.
Naveen has been involved in implementation of processes and policies, man management, budgeting and forecasting, and driving profit center operations. With strong networking skills and relationship building skills, Naveen is an expert in liaising and coordination with collaborators.
Chetan is responsible for shaping the strategic direction of ISHIR's search and digital service offering. Chetan's responsibilities include overseeing delivery of business results through successful execution of digital marketing campaigns, maintaining superior client service, consistently providing innovation through digital solutions, team training and talent development through employee led culture. He works very closely with our advertising and marketing agencies and marketing leaders at Fortune 1000 clients to provide integrated solutions.
With over nine years of experience in search engine marketing, he is well seasoned search specialist and has managed multi-million dollar digital marketing campaigns. Chetan has led both Organic Search and Paid Search client services teams and operations, allowing ISHIR to better serve clients overall online strategies. He focuses on improved processes and best practices to increase efficiencies with the delivery teams.
Chetan holds his Bachelors in Science from bundelkhand University and MBA in Marketing from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.
Anne brings an incredible wealth of knowledge and wisdom that she developed over 15 years in the sales and marketing of software technology for industry giants including Microsoft Corporation, Clearwire, and Microsoft Training & Licensing Partners. During her successful tenure at Microsoft, she pioneered the Microsoft Matchmaker Program, which connected Microsoft Partners across the United States and Canada, to work together in order to create custom solutions for customers. Some of Anne's specialties include, Microsoft licensing, VoIP telecom, Wireless services, Certified Executive Leadership Trainer. Anne is also an entrepreneur working on high level technologies that enhance human capabilities.
Anne has received a B.A. in Communications, from Arizona State University; she is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and a Certified Executive Leadership Trainer through Pursuit of Excellence, Inc, specializing in "Improving Performance & Results".
