ISHIR Pvt. Ltd. a leading provider of Software Development, Game Development, New Media (Internet Marketing, Online Media Buying & Web Design), and Independent Testing Services to North American, European and Australasian markets, announced today that it was appraised at maturity level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Model under the guidelines of CMMi-SE/SW/IPPD, V1.2. The CMMI credential demonstrates that ISHIR’s software and software services apply systematic, disciplined, and quantifiable approaches, which enable results-oriented outcomes for ISHIR Clients. The systems at ISHIR enables measurable progress of Corporate and Business Goals set by the Steering Committee (SC) and map them well to Project goals.
According to Mr. Rajarshi Kumar Das, a Software Engineering Institute (SEI) authorized Lead Appraiser, ISHIR’s existing culture of providing Quality services by constant process improvement leveraging best practices to process optimization led quality management system played a major role in expediting the CMMI Level 3 assessment. He added, “The implementation of CMMI Level 3 processes normally takes over three years — ISHIR completed it within 26 months, largely due to the caliber of Process Engineering Group (PEG) led by Ms Satpal Kaur assured successful implementation of quality management practices and organizational-wide commitment towards providing Quality services.”
